I am an ØresundPAY customer- why can’t I get a discount anymore?

Are you an ØresundPay customer? If you find that you can no longer get the discount you usually get when you drive across the Storebælt Bridge, please contact ØresundPAY. 

ØresundPay wrote to a group of their private customers in October to ask whether they want a Storebælt Private Agreement with their bizz or number plate payment with ØresundPay. If you are one of these customers, your Storebælt Private Agreement is closed, and you will not get a discount for automatic payment until you confirm with ØresundPay that you would like a Storebælt Private Agreement.

To confirm this, please go to ØresundPAY’s website and log into My Account. Storebælt’s customer service cannot assist you with this matter so if you experience problems, you should contact ØresundPAY’s customer service. The Storebælt Private Agreement is free of charge.  

To ØresundPAY customers who qualify for a disabled discount

If you’ve had a Storebælt Disabled Agreement together with your Storebælt Private Agreeement, you must reapply for a disability agreement with Danske Handicaporganisationer. You can only reapply when you have confirmed with ØresundPAY that you want a Storebælt Private Agreement.

If you’ve had a Motorhome Agreement with your Storebælt Private Agreement, you must reregister with Storebælt. You can only reregister when you have confirmed with ØresundPAY that you want a Storebælt Private Agreement.
