What do I do if I’ve been charged the wrong amount?

If you have crossed the Storebælt Bridge and believe that you have paid double, have been charged the wrong price or are missing a discount, please contact us via our contact form.

The form ensures that your information is processed securely and in the most efficient way. In the form you can also attach relevant documentation. Once you have completed the form, we will process your case and get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Be aware

  • If you have paid by card, bizz or number plate payment, you must file a claim within 60 days from the time of crossing.
  • If you have paid with cash, you must file a claim at the toll booth immediately. Press the Help button on the screen in the payment lane.
    NB: Storebælt is not liable for cash lost in the toll booth.
