Where do I find receipts for my trips?

You will find the recipts for your trips on the Storebælt Bridge from the issuer where you have your bizz or number plate payment.

It is not possible to recreate a receipt.

Instead, you can get a written confirmation if you have crossed the Storebælt Bridge and paid by card. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a written confirmation if you paid in cash.

Write to our customer service and provide the following information:

• What date and time you crossed the bridge
• Payment method, e.g. card number (One the first 6 digits and last 4 digits)
• The price you paid for the trip
• Number plate
