How can I pay on the Storebælt Bridge?

There are different ways to pay for your trip on the Storebælt Bridge. You can choose between bizz, number plate payment, card or cash.

On the Storebælt Bridge you can pay with the following payment methods

 

Bizz

With a bizz in the windshield you pay automatic when you drive through the green express lanes.

Number plate

When you have a number plate payment agreement, just use the green express lanes and your number plate will be read automatically.

NOTE: When riding a motorcycle, you must use the blue card lanes for safety reasons, regardless of whether you want to use a bizz or number plate payment. 

 

Payment cards and fuel cards

You can use the following payment cards: American Express, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Diners and JCB.

You can use the following fuel cards: Shell Card, Cirkle K, OK, YX Truck, Routex, Q8 card, DKV and UTA.

 

Cash

You can pay with DKK and EUR (except the 500 Euro note) using the cash lanes.

Questions and answers

Which number plates can be read at the toll booth?

Only number plates of vehicles weighing less than 3,500 kg, including motorcycles, that consist of two letters and five numbers can be read at the toll booth.

Customised plates and old-style plates cannot be used for automatic payment on the Storebælt Bridge.

Not all foreign number plates can be read in the toll booth. On the list of issuers, you can find information about which foreign number plates that can be used.
