How do I get a receipt at the toll station?
- After paying by card or cash at the toll station, you will not receive a receipt automatically.
- You must actively press the “Receipt” button to have the receipt printed.
- The receipt will then be printed, and you can take it with you.
What do I do if I paid by card or cash and I'm missing a receipt?
It is not possible to recreate a receipt from the Storebælt Bridge. We recommend that you use your bank statement instead.
I did not receive a receipt
If there was an issue with the printer at the toll station and you therefore did not receive a receipt, you can instead obtain a written confirmation if you crossed the Storebælt Bridge and paid by card. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a written confirmation if you paid in cash.
Write to our customer service and provide the following information:
- What date and time you crossed the bridge
- Payment method, e.g. card number (One the first 6 digits and last 4 digits)
- The price you paid for the trip
- Number plate
Please note
It is not possible to recreate a written confirmation if more than 60 days have passed since you crossed the Storebælt Bridge.
